We have a garden.
And there's plenty of worms.
BIG ones, too!
(Daddy's getting excited about fishing!)
Everyone's getting involved in our garden...
... especially Porter.
(A big step for this kid who doesn't like textures or being dirty.)
Slaving away in the sun -- sweat and tears went into our garden.
(Porter learning from his daddy.)
We planted our corn and laid down some netting to keep the quail and other birds away.
(We're learning from last year's tenants' experience.)
Looks like the survivors have poked through.
(Time to take off the nets.)
More ground is turned and more seeds on the way.
The long view of our garden.
(Jenn's hands are sore by just looking at all the dirt to till. I see blisters for days!)
Dirt + Water = MUD!!!
(Mud Pies! What fun!)
Corn as high as an elephant's eye...
(... well, when Myanna's stuffed elephant is laying on it's side out in the garden.)
Well, there it is! We'll keep you posted as all of our plants grow!
