Despite our 'not-so-excited' term for this house, we are totally excited about this house. It's a fixer-upper -- at a great price. However, waiting for an answer has been so hard -- hence the name to distance ourselves until the answer comes! Then it'll be our awesome home!
No news yet, but we'll keep you posted!
News should be here by this weekend -- that's only a couple of days!

Well, we got bumped to backup offer... but it's questionable if our offer got turned in -- which means... it's getting 'dragged' out longer. But we're also looking at other options, like HUD homes (where you work with 6 other families and you build eachother's homes)... Exciting! We'll be much handier around the house!
We'll keep you posted. Sorry about so much delay... my house is about just as bad... :/ Guess that's what I'm doing today. Maybe we can squeeze in a date, too!
