The girls signed up for soccer this fall.
After 1 game, I could tell that they needed to practice their running.
So, we slapped on some bandanas (because that's what mommy does when she goes running) and went out to the park and started running some intervals.
OF COURSE, Ava loved it. :)
Once a week, we would run around Nolan Park and then recover at the EM water park.
Ava favored the trip back home in the car. :)
