We decided.

We are going to bite the bullet.

And just do it.

We want grass!

And what better time to put down seed,

let it grow,

and get the roots to grow during the winter!

So Dane went and got the rototiller from Saratoga Springs rental...

We borrowed the landscaping rake from some friends...

And we called the Hydroseeding company!

It was super fast - putting down the seed mix!

(They must do this a lot!)

There are lots of rocks, but we just had to try it.

(It's HALF the price of sod!)

And we've been getting great feedback from people who have hydroseeded.

So we did it.

(and we like the guarantee - they'll fill in any spots that don't fill in.)
